No, I did not loose my love for melodic synthesizer music. But every now and then the modular wants to do its own thing. Oh well, let it be.
Two Instruo Dual Looper tracks are both speed-modulated with random and pitch control voltages from a sequencer. The loopers can go seamless from forward to backwards playing and freeze in between, depending on the control voltages. The two outputs go into the Serge Resonant Equalizer, an incredible good sounding module with a feedback path that also mostly wants to live its own life. Then the outputs go through two Verbos LP filters to filter some harsh peaks, ending up in the 4MS Dual Delay and Noise Engineering Reverb. Straight recording after that in 24 bit/48 kHz on a Boss RC-505 MK2 Looper.

Used modules: Instruō Modular: Lúbadh (Dual Looper), Random*Source/Serge: Resonant EQ, Verbos: Random Source, Verbos: Dual Four Pole 2x (HP/LP filter), Audio Damage: Sequencer 1, 4MS: Dual Delay, Noise Engineering: Desmodus Versio (Reverb).
Recording: Boss RC-505 MK2 Looper, 24 bits/48 kHz.
Mastering: Ableton Live using a tiny bit of Rare Signals: Trans Atlantic Plate Reverb and then using Izotope Ozone 9 to tame some low end.
